I am a passionate Lean Agile Transformation Coach who is well versed in Enterprise Agile Transformations in Global Fortune 100 Companies. I view what I do as Organizational Transformation: In order to undergo an Agile Transformation, a company must undergo Organizational Transformation. In order to transform orgs, people within those orgs must be transformed, and specifically the leaders. John Maxwell States, "Everything rises and falls with leadership." Though I work with all parts of a value stream: from the business to the technical sides: executives, middle management, product owners, scrum masters, team members, to support staff, training leaders is at the heart of what I do.
Using a solution based approach, I utilize my knowledge of Lean-Agile Methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Portfolio Management, to coach & train leaders to enable orgs to deliver value in the most innovative and efficient way possible. Several of the teams I worked with have received recognition: by a Group President in a local publication and also had 2 finalists for Chairman’s Award for Emerging Innovation.
In addition to being a strong Information Technology professional who has helped implement agile in large enterprise wide digital systems, programs and portfolios in order to deliver hundreds of millions of dollars in value, I’ve also coached & trained agile teams in non IT contexts such as manufacturing, marketing and non profits in order to effectively deal with the ever changing priorities of today’s world.
I have been very active with the Project Management Institute: I spoke on Agile at the PMI Global Conference in 2019, Co-Authored a Case Study in the PMI-Pulse of the Profession in June 2017 & Co Authored Material presented at the PMI Symposium 2017 on Agile Transformation. I have also been invited to present at several events around the country.
